About the role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our well-established Mitsubishi/Nissan workshop at Wynnum. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and supportive team and to be rewarded for your hard work.

A little about You
Do you have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience as a Service Manager in a similar high-volume role
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Sound organisational skills and time management
- Strong focus on guest experience
- Possess a positive “can do” attitude
- A deep understanding of the Aftersales business
- Ability to work within a dynamic team
- Results oriented - committed to providing solutions to customer
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!

A little about the Role:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the Service Department and continuing to increase sales
- A focus on achieving internal and external targets
- Management of our service team
- Managing processes ensuring adherence to all Bartons and Hyundai and Subaru policies
- Efficient, timely and accurate submission of warranty claims
